Cindy Ibarra

Paralegal
Cindy assists with the day-to-day management of the firm’s litigation cases, including discovery and managing the calendar of hearings, depositions, mediations and trial. She is highly motivated to assist the firm in attaining the outcomes our clients rightfully deserve. Cindy is a mom of four children and University of Houston graduate. She enjoys discovering new things to do around Houston with her family.
Anai Romero

Anai Romero

Legal Secretary
Anai is the friendly face and voice of the firm and greets our clients when they call or visit the office.  She has a passion for spreading joy to our clients in some of the toughest times of their lives by offering them a shoulder to lean on and making it her mission for every client to feel like they are not alone in their journey. She firmly believes that every day is a gift and should be lived to the fullest. Anai truly enjoys helping clients and working day in and day out to do so—an attribute instilled in her by her mother, a hard-working immigrant and single parent. When she is not in the office, Anai enjoys discovering new places, exploring the outdoors, and rooting for the Texans and Astros.
Marissa Roldan

Marissa Roldan

Case Manager
Marissa assists the clients of the firm during the course of their medical care and the attorneys of the firm in obtaining all of our client’s medical bills and records. Marissa is a native Texan who comes from a small town southwest of Houston. She played sports for years and is a diehard fan for all Houston teams. Marissa’s parents are retired army veterans, so she wholeheartedly believes in taking care of our veterans from all branches of the military. She loves being outdoors with her dog, Everest, and hanging out with family and friends. Marissa hopes enroll into University of Houston to continue her education in legal studies.

Nicole Rodriguez

Case Manager
Nicole works with the firm’s clients to help make sure they have access to medical treatment after a life-altering accident. Nicole also helps the firm’s attorneys stay up to date on the status of our clients’ medical treatment and assists with obtaining medical bills and records. Prior to joining Armstrong & Lee LLP, Nicole spent 5 years in the education field. She also worked as a key member of the fan relations department for the Houston Astros. It has become second nature for Nicole to spread positivity and comfort to all the firm’s clients. In her spare time, she loves to root for her favorite sports team alongside her two dogs Pepper and Jack.

Joy Benitez

Legal Secretary
Joy assists the firm’s attorneys by coordinating depositions of the firm’s clients, opposing parties, and experts. Joy also assists with scheduling mediations and client appointments for the firm’s attorneys. Joy enjoys playing an integral part in helping move the firm’s litigation docket toward trial. She believes that laughter is the best medicine and loves to put a smile on people’s faces. When not working, Joy enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring new restaurants in town, and spending time with family, friends and her two dogs Benji and Remi.

Grace Lee

Office Manager
Grace Lee is the office manager for Armstrong & Lee LLP. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked in the maritime industry for over 25 years and has experience in human resources, office management, and accounting. Her job includes the development and application of firm policies and procedures and administering all phases of human resources, financials, and accounting. Away from work, Grace enjoys spending time at home with her husband, children, and a new grandson. Her family is active members of a local church and she also loves time planting her garden, traveling with her husband, and music.

Juan Castillo

Paralegal
Juan assists with the firm’s litigation docket, including drafting discovery, calendaring for multiple attorneys, and communicating with clients on a daily basis. Prior to joining the firm, Juan attended college at the University of Houston where he graduated with a bachelor's in Political Science. Thereafter, he continued his education at the paralegal graduate program at Rice University where he received his paralegal certification in 2018. Since then, Juan has worked as a paralegal in the field of personal injury. Juan has a passion for helping clients and does everything he can to make their life easier. Outside of work, Juan enjoys exercising, spending time with his wife, reading, watching sports, and hanging out with his family.
